Make like Slashdot on EditThisPage.com

Userland Software have added "news items" to their Manila system, used to power their free EditThisPage service.

ETP site owners can now act as a managing editor, accepting and publishing news items from site contributing editors. The new feature gives a Slashdot-like feel, and enables easy editing for those using ETP or Weblogs.com for "traditional" link and commentary blogging.

The new feature is available on any Userland-hosted weblog, or with any site that uses the most recent update of Manila.
